Made in Canada from pure Canadian ingredients, Gray Jay Whisky is as smooth and easy-drinking as whisky gets. Named after Canada’s national bird, the friendly and fearless Gray Jay, this is a whisky that’s totally unpretentious and approachable. A whisky that flies in the face of tradition and lets you make your own rules.

Exceptionally smooth and easy-drinking, Gray Jay is handcrafted in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It showcases notes of vanilla, caramel, charred oak and spice. The medium-bodied and fruity palate guides you to a long, warm and lightly sweet finish. So you can enjoy it by itself, in a cocktail, in a mixed drink, paired with food.

This really is a great product. I’ve only recently started drinking whisky straight, either neat or on the rocks, and this one works well either way. My other favourite is a Whisky Mule, Gray Jay and Ginger Beer, or what I’ve christened it, the G&G. It’s now available at the LCBO for only $32.95 for a 750ml bottle (40% ABV), and with the snazzy gray themed design it definitely stands out among the other products.

If you’re going to try this new Canadian whisky on the market, why not try something different for your next cocktail as well?
