The Gancia Pineapple & Apricot Mimosa
Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Gancia Prosecco DOC
  • 1 ½ cup of apricot nectar
  • 1 ½  cup of pineapple juice
  • ¾ cup water
  • 6 ounces of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Method

  • Combine apricot nectar, pineapple juice, water, and frozen orange juice concentrate in a large pitcher and stir well.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Stir in Gancia Prosecco DOC just before serving and enjoy!

The Gancia Classic Mimosa
Ingredients

  • Gancia Prosecco DOC
  • Orange juice freshly pressed, chilled
  • 1 orange sliced (optional for garnish)

Method

  • Pour orange juice into Champagne flute to be 1/3 full.
  • Top the rest with Gancia Prosecco DOC. Be sure to hold glasses at a slight angle while pouring to stop the sparkling wine from bubbling over.
  • Garnish with sliced orange wedges and enjoy!

Gancia’s Spring In Your Spritz:

3 ounces Gancia Prosecco DOC

3 ounces Aperol

1 ounce club soda or unflavored sparkling water

Garnish: Orange Slice

Method:

Add ice to a wine glass until it is nearly full.

Pour in Aperol

Pour in Gancia Prosecco DOC

Pour in club soda or unflavored sparkling water

Garnish with a slice of orange

Ingredients
● 2.5 oz Gancia Prosecco DOC
● 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
● 0.5 oz Vodka
● 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
● 2 Chunks Of Fresh Pineapple
● Mint Sprig (to garnish)
Method
● Pour the vodka, orange liqueur, and pineapple juice into an ice-filled mixing glass and stir
● Strain into a chilled martini glass
● Top with Gancia Prosecco DOC
● Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
