Manoir Hovey is a five-star lakefront estate in Quebec’s Eastern Townships that offers world-class cuisine, year-round outdoor activities, and remote luxury away from the crowds and confines of city life. The five-star Relais & Châteaux estate is set on 30 acres of woods and English gardens along 600 metres of prime shoreline on scenic Lake Massawippi.

For those seeking a more private lakeside cottage experience, there is a secluded three-bedroom chalet adjacent to the property complete with its own private beach and boathouse.

Onsite Dining

Each of the spacious luxury accommodations seamlessly balance the warmth and comfort of authentic southern architecture with modern day conveniences. The onsite Le Hatley Restaurant serves refined nature-inspired cuisine paying homage to the region’s history, its land and local producers. Led by Executive Chef Alexandre Vachon, sustainability is at the forefront of Le Hatley’s menu that showcases the local bounty of Quebec, by growing, foraging, and picking only what is needed from the chef’s edible garden. For a more relaxed atmosphere, try Le Tap Room, a bistro-style menu with a summertime terrace and impressive brick fireplace to enjoy the signature Abenaki poutine.
