The Pearle Hotel and Spa is located on Burlington, Ontario’s vibrant waterfront (3 Elizabeth Street). This is Ontario’s first Autograph Collection Hotel, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s diverse and dynamic portfolio of independent hotels championing individuality.

“The Pearle Hotel & Spa has always been a dream for our family,” said Aaron Ciancone, president, Pearle Hospitality Inc. “In honour of our beloved grandmother Pearle, we are proud to carry on her decades-long legacy of genuine and thoughtful hospitality that endures to this day through our newest property.”

This urban retreat is designed by the award-winning firm Studio Munge, emulating a modern lake house with elegant white oak paneling, and tranquil views of the lake and downtown Burlington. Through thoughtful design, the 151 guest rooms, event spaces, spa and restaurants reflect the richness of the distinct and ever-changing Canadian seasons.

The lobby is filled with artwork by local artists and the grand cascading spiral staircase in the centre is where the journey begins to the hotel’s inviting amenities, including the farm-driven restaurant, Isabelle Restaurant and
Lounge. Headed by Executive Chef Ben Heaton, Isabelle’s menu is inspired by the coastal cuisines of California and the Mediterranean, with much of its offerings grown on Pearle Hospitality’s farm located 20 minutes down the road.

Guests of Isabelle will enjoy an expansive lakeside terrace destined to be a space for sharing and connecting. The hotel is also home to the fourth location of the popular Earth to Table: Bread Bar serving freshly baked goods, pizza, sandwiches and salads, with casual café seating accessible both from the hotel and the street.

Embodying the rejuvenating sense of spring, The Pearle Spa is the ultimate source of solace. Guests can relax and indulge in a curated list of personalized revitalizing treatments, a Hamman steam room, an indoor pool and a state-of-the-art gym.

The Pearle Hotel & Spa is inspired by the Ciancone family’s grandmother, Pearle, a true trailblazer whose work ethic, passion and meticulous attention to detail made Pearle’s first restaurant, Hillcrest, a tremendous success. Some of Pearle’s most loved pieces, like her coveted broach and her personal recipes, are on display at the hotel. Each guest room will have a ‘handwritten’ note from Pearle alongside postcards with images from Burlington during the time that Pearle was there – full of vintage bathing suits, beach days, and horse-drawn carriages.
