Envisioned by founders and friends, Anne-Marie and Kim, Little Buddha Cocktail Co. has created a line of premium distilled cocktails, crafted with organic ingredients, giving a natural balance of fruity light sweetness, with subtle herbal and floral notes, brought to life with light effervescence and low or no sugar options. Honestly, one of the better RTD (ready-to-drink) products on the market, more like a traditional cocktail. More sparkling, than sweet.

Grilled Pineapple & Rosemary flavour was inspired by the sun-kissed, inviting atmosphere of the Bahamian islands. Pineapple, the fruit of hospitality, envelops you in the taste of the tropics, while woody rosemary provides flavourful balance. Best served chilled, with or without ice.

Natural Peach Tea is made with fresh Ontario peach flavour, steeped tea essences and the perfect amount of sweetness.

Grilled Pineapple & Rosemary is in the LCBO and Peach Tea is available at select licensees currently, but will be available in the LCBO starting next year.  More products are in the works as well. If these two are any indication of what’s to come, count me in!

The term “Buddha” means enlightened one, and while the owners aren’t Buddhists, they take inspiration from the simple teaching that one’s actions produce an effect in one’s life, and what one will be in the future depends on what one does now, in the present.

Here’s how this philosophy takes shape in the company:

Simple, organic ingredients, locally sourced and thoughtfully curated in Ontario

Ensure as sustainable as possible, using alternative fuel for distillation and reusing mash for animal feed so nothing is wasted and impact on the Earth is minimal

Support local community and the environment through charitable initiatives.
