Mad Tom IPA (Bold & Hop Forward
Inspired by late night stories around the fire, Muskoka Mad Tom will instantly grab your attention. Dry-hopped with Chinook and Centennial hops, this IPA has a vibrant aroma, depth of flavour, and a crisp, citrusy undertow like no other. So brace yourself, and crack one open for old Mad Tom, one of Ontario’s original India Pale Ales. Various legends surround this Mad Tom IPA. Wondering which one is true? A combination of citrus and pine hop bitterness is well balanced with a sturdy malt backbone of caramel and biscuit. Prominent stone fruit and citrus with notes of west coast pine. Dry lingering bitterness. Pairs with Spicy dishes, rich and aged cheese, bold burgers, smoked fish.
ABV 6.4%, burnt orange in colour

Triple IPA
Mirrors the aroma with fruit forward apricot, passionfruit, citrus and cantaloupe and flavours. Pine through the finish, all balanced by firm bitterness. Juicy cantaloupe with a mix of stone fruits, citrus, pine supported by a clean malt background. Soft and smooth, 10% ABV leaves a lingering warmth. Pairs with Fried Chicken sandwich, Loaded Nachos, Tuna Poke Bowl.
Farmhouse Saison
Refreshing and easy drinking with notes of lemon zest and fresh fruit and a hint of white pepper to round out a clean finish. Bready with subtle lemon and a hint of spiciness and a touch of fruit. Refreshing with a touch of spice. ABV 3.8%. Pairs with Sausage on a bun, Bruschetta, Lemon pepper chicken wings.
