The following products are currently available:
Nabati Plant Eggz
This healthy, plant-based liquid egg alternative is made from lupin and pea protein to mimic the consistency, texture, and taste of conventional chicken eggs, designed to be an easy substitute for making dishes like omelets or scrambled eggs. Made with simple, whole ingredients, Nabati Eggz is the only plant-based egg alternative on the market that is soy-free and gluten-free. Each serving of Nabati Plant Eggz has only 100 calories, with no cholesterol, six grams of protein, and two grams of fiber. They are also high in vitamin a, vitamin e, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin b12, and pantothenic acid.
Cooks up easily, although a bit bland and watery on its own. Quick fix is to add some veggies, which makes for a great omelet.
Coming in two flavours: Cheddar and Mozzarella Style Shreds, Nabati Cheeze tastes and melts just like traditional dairy cheese but is made from simple ingredients that are not heavily processed. Guilt-free without sacrificing taste or texture, try it on a grilled sandwich, macaroni, lasagna, tacos, pizza, nachos, or any other meal you desire. Made from coconut oil and tapioca starch, Nabati Cheeze is dairy-free, lactose-free, casein-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and kosher.
Not a fan of fake cheese.
Nabati Plant-based Chick’n Burger
Nominated as a finalist for the best new products of 2020 with the Retail Council of Canada’s 28th Annual Canadian Grand Prix New Products Awards, this tasty Chick’n Burger comes unbreaded, offering customers more control over their meals. Throw it on the grill or make your own breading to enjoy this delicious and healthy alternative made from whole, natural, plant-based ingredients. The Chick’n Burger is made with pea protein isolate, canola oil, lemon juice, pea fiber, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt. Each patty contains 230 calories, 21 grams of protein, and 13 grams of fat.
Taste like chicken? Not really, but then again, who wants the taste of chicken if you’re vegan or vegetarian. Never understood the concept of branding non-meat products with an assimilation to meat, but I guess it works for marketing purposes. The burger itself is quite filling, and doesn’t fall apart when cooking it.
A healthy and delicious alternative to a regular burger, the Nabati Burger is made with pea protein isolate, canola oil, coconut oil, beet juice, pea fiber, onion powder, liquid smoke, and sea salt. Each patty contains 240 calories, 22 grams of protein, and 16 grams of fat.
By far, one of the better non-meat burgers out there. Filling, great consistency, and has its own unique flavours.
Nabati Plant-based Grounds
This plant-based alternative can be used as a replacement in soups, tacos, lasagna, and more – the possibilities are endless. Nabati’s plant-based grounds are made with pea protein isolate, canola oil, beet juice, pea fiber, onion powder, sodium alginate, and sea salt. Each 4-oz serving contains 220 calories, 22 grams of protein, and 13 grams of fat.
Perfect for pastas, or anything else that you want to spice up with a bit of pizzazz. The taste is top notch with the right amount of spices. Available in various flavours.
Nabati F’sh Burger
Made to taste like the real thing, the F’sh Burger is made with pea protein isolate, canola oil, pea fiber, lemon juice, onion powder, and sea salt. Each patty contains 250 calories, 21 grams of protein, and 16 grams of fat. Enjoy this plant-based fish alternative that is both good for you and good for the environment without sacrificing taste by grilling, pan-frying, or breading it.
For those who aren’t fish fans, don’t worry, this doesn’t taste like fish. Not sure exactly what it tastes like, but it does the trick as a substitute item to accompany the rest of your vegetarian entree. Adding a sauce makes it extra decadent.
Rich and creamy, Nabati Cheesecakes come in four delicious flavours: blueberry, peanut butter, chocolate, tiramisu. With a flavour for everyone’s sweets tooth, customers can enjoy these sweet treats regardless of common dietary restrictions as all Nabati products are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, refined sugar-free, non-GMO, certified kosher, certified vegan.
These are delicious, and only goes to prove that dairy is not needed for that after-meal sweet craving!
