Queen Las Vegas – The Only Gay Hotel, Restaurant, Bar and Nightclub On the Las Vegas Strip
Queen Las Vegas Brings the first LGBTQ+ Boutique Hotel along with Dining, Day and Nightlife Experiences to the Las Vegas Strip, Open to the Public September 2023
Q Group Hospitality and LGBTQ+ nightlife impresario and visionary Eduardo Cordova, creator of Las Vegas’ The Garden and other notable venues, recently announced the opening of Queen Las Vegas, a chic, mid-century modern style boutique hotel, restaurant, gaming lounge and nightclub located on Las Vegas Boulevard, making it the only LGBTQ+ property on the iconic Strip.
Cordova and his Q Group Hospitality will offer this upscale and unprecedentedly queer taste of art deco-inspired paradise which includes luxe indoor and outdoor spaces – including a restaurant and bar which will feature high-energy drag performances amid a giant disco ball DJ booth to evoke the party lifestyle while the girls, gays and ‘theys’ enjoy brunch or dinner service over a lineup of resident queens, delectable dishes, bottomless mimosas and vibrant craft cocktails; and a world-class nightclub featuring over 50,000 LED lights from floor to ceiling, plush VIP tables, a state-of-the-art laser system, nightly aerialist acts and more for an immersive party experience.
“It has been my mission to create a vibrant and inclusive entertainment district for our LGBTQ+ community, and I’m thrilled to announce that Q Hospitality Group has secured a prime location on the iconic Las Vegas Strip to create the Gayest destination in Las Vegas,” said Eduardo Cordova, CEO of Q Hospitality Group.
Additionally, Q Group Hospitality will soon begin renovation of 28 themed rooms and communal areas including exterior lounge areas, currently part of the Thunderbird Hotel originally built in 1948. The reenergized design will blend the property’s historically charming architecture with interactive activations like a tech-savvy hospitality approach that will incorporate self-serve check-in kiosks at the bar, eliminating the need for a traditional check-in and encouraging guests to spend time interacting.
The contemporary refurbishment of the boutique hotel, which began in June, includes touches that complement vividly colored furnishings, custom murals and exotic wall treatments throughout. Upon completion, the remodel will offer Queen’s guests accommodations that feature fully themed suites with direct VIP access to the bar and nightclub.
Queen Las Vegas will host guests from around the world, the community, celebrities and tastemakers alike – providing a safe space for all to live out loud, proud and celebrate self-expression, inclusiveness and diversity.
Queen Las Vegas will also hold a Casting Call on-location on Friday, August 4th from 2-5 p.m. for all positions including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Model Bartenders, Model Servers, Kitchen Staff and more!
Queen Las Vegas is located at 1215 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Queen Las Vegas’ restaurant and bar will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with nightly DJ sets starting at 9 p.m. Brunch will be served Saturday and Sunday from noon. Queen Nightclub will be open Friday through Sunday 10 p.m. until late.
Hotel suite bookings to follow the grand opening celebration, slated for Fall 2023. For more information or to book your reservation, visit www.queenlv.com.
