Muskoka Spirits Nitro Espresso Martini is now available in convenient ready-to-drink format
With the holidays quickly approaching, it’s time to start thinking of festive fun with friends and family. Muskoka Spirits has introduced their new ready-to-drink Nitro Espresso Martini, currently available at the LCBO.
First made popular in the 1980’s, espresso martinis are among the many retro drinks that are trending once again this season, and Muskoka Spirits takes the mess out of the home-bartending experience.
Each individual can is infused with nitrogen to replicate the frothiness of a hand shaken cocktail, making it a first-of-its-kind drink to hit the markets here in Canada. This unique cocktail is perfect to bring out at holiday gatherings, and also an excellent gifting idea for the host.
Just gently shake, then pour hard to agitate the nitrogen and achieve a perfect frothy pour. This convenient, bar-quality cocktail is velvety smooth, offering notes of rich milk chocolate contrasted by bold espresso, made with sustainably sourced coffee from Muskoka Roastery. Freshly roasted coffee beans dominate the aroma with a subtle sweetness, creating a soft and velvety texture with the robustness of a freshly pulled espresso shot.
Now, the question remains, is this a drink to kick start a lazy holiday afternoon, or to ignite yourself for an evening of fun? Either way, this is one cocktail we’re happy to see is having a retro resurgence. Cheers!
Nitro Espresso Martini is available at the LCBO, 250ml, 8%ABV, $3.95
