The onsite Le Hatley Restaurant serves refined nature-inspired cuisine paying homage to the region’s history, its land and local producers. Led by Executive Chef Alexandre Vachon, sustainability is at the forefront of Le Hatley’s menu that showcases the local bounty of Quebec, by growing, foraging, and picking only what is needed from the chef’s edible garden. For a more relaxed atmosphere, try Le Tap Room, a bistro-style menu with a summertime terrace and impressive brick fireplace to enjoy the signature Abenaki poutine.

New world-class spa for summer 2023
Manoir Hovey is setting out to become Canada’s next wellness destination with the addition of a new world-class Spa Hovey. Opening Summer 2023, the three-story lakefront spa pavilion will feature six treatment rooms, a hammam, a Himalayan salt scrub shower, three relaxation rooms, an esthetician room for manicures and pedicures and a “Tree House” concept featuring a dry sauna, Scandinavian holistic thermal circuit with a jacuzzi and cold basin and sitting area with a fireplace overlooking Lake Massawippi. The spa’s nature inspired open air pool deck and bar will showcase a four-season outdoor infinity pool, whirlpool, firepits, a pool cabana bar, and outdoor lounge. The third floor will be dedicated to three new luxury guest suites with terraces offering optimal relaxation and unobstructed lake views.
